Hag Jae LEE is the President & CEO of Incheon International Airport Corporation. Before being appointed as the CEO in June 2023, he was an adjunct professor in the Real Estate major at Sang Myung University in Seoul. He was also assigned as a director of ACI Asia-Pacific and Middle East as of August 2023.
Mr. LEE started his public service career as the Mayor of Seogu District in Incheon City, Korea, from 2002 to 2007. Subsequently, he served as a three-term Congressman of the Korea National Assembly from 2008 to 2020.
In terms of academic qualifications, he graduated from Seoul National University and holds a Doctorate and a Master’s degree in Economics from Chung-Ang University in Seoul.

Joery Strijtveen joined Royal Schiphol in 2014 and has served in various roles. Currently, he is Head of Aviation Partnerships. Together with his team, he focuses on maintaining strong relationships with airlines and ground handlers and building a real Team Schiphol. Prior to this, he was Manager of Public & Community Affairs. Before he joined Schiphol, Joery worked as a public affairs consultant in The Hague.
Joery Strijtveen holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Leiden University.
